There can be many reasons why you do not have Adsense on your site. One of the most common ones is that you have violated some Adsense policies and Google has banned your site from further participating in the program. Another reason could be that your site is new or does not qualifies for Adsense because of it does not contain unique content or the kind or the language of the content is not allowed. More simply you may be not happy with Adsense earnings and are trying to find out other programs which can either replace or complement Adsense and can help you in making more money from you site.

Some of the most popular alternatives for Adsense are probably Chitika, InfoLinks, AdMaya and Kontera. While Chitika shows relevant ads for visitors who come to the site searching for a particular keyword, AdMaya allows you to place as many ads as possible anywhere on your site.

Infolinks and Kontera show text based ads within the content of the site. They will analyze your site and find out some keywords from a page and make them hyper link ads. These programs can work in parallel with Adsense and you can use both Adsense and any of these two programs at the same time on your site.

Some of the advantages of these alternatives are that it is easy to get your site approved under these programs. They have a low minimum payout and most of them also pay through paypal. Although they might not even make 10% of what Adsense will, they are still useful in their own ways. The best way to use them is to make them work in integration with Adsense. If they harmonize properly with Adsense, they can easily generate some extra cash without harming your site.

The bottom line is that even if you find an alternative for Adsense, you are most likely to earn less from it than what you would with Adsense. Therefore your best bet will be to stick to Adsense if possible and implement other ad sharing programs to run in parallel to it. In this way you will be able to use both Adsense and other programs to maximize your earnings. However, if your site just do not qualifies for Adsense, then the above solutions can work as valid alternatives.

  1. Google adsense account is very unsafe and I have seen many people losing their adsense account these days. These alternatives will definitively help. Is approval process easy or tough than adsense for these google adsense alternatives ?

  2. I have tried yahoo(media.net) and infolinks but adsense is best. They didn’t pay as much as Adsense does. I think adsense is the father of all publisher network.

  3. “For me Google Adsense have been the easy one. But, it is always good to know about other great alternatives.

I have used many of it as trials, and top three are Infolinks, Viglink and RevenueHits.

    Nice list. ????”

  4. its sad to hear that some stupid did this to you ..we work hard to get approval from adsense and when somebody does this stupidity then it really hurts. I have got approval after three attempts and if that will happen to me then it will definitely frustrate me …….but there’s one thing on which i don’t agree with you is that you said above is, adsense is the best way to earn money from blog…i don’t think that there’s a lot of ways to earn much better than Adsense …one of the biggest example is affiliate marketing and affiliate networking.

  6. Great article. I have been looking for ways to monetize my new site and don’t want to use Adsense if possible. Thanks for the suggestions as these are a great place to start.

  7. I had no idea monetizing on youtube was so easy! done and done 🙂 I’ve also now added a footer ad to my blog and can’t wait to see how that one turns out. I have had AdSense on my site for about a month and haven’t fared all that well thus far, but at the same time, my traffic isn’t all that high. going into month 2 with Adsense, I’m interested to see if it increases at all over time. Thank you for such an informative post!

  8. Impressive list but I would just need a few but the best. Quantity matters more than quality. Can you rather write a post that recommends just a couple or three alternatives that are best you worked on?

  9. Indeed very informative post and very helpful for me. My blog has been rejected by Adsense. Now, I will give a try to other options. Thank You for the nice post.

  10. I have tried all the above ads network.. Qadabra was the best among all but they have started the new scam of ignoring all Asian traffic… I tried many other networks but finally, I have found the best among all and it is the Propeller Ads network, which is basically a network from the UK. It has been paying me $10-$15 per day for my 3000-4000 daily visitors, even though I have just posted 3 ads on my site.

  11. Thank you for sharing an excellent article. you have explored research base ingredients. The future of Google AdSense may remain the same because there is no better competitor on PPC. there are alternatives to PPC ads but they are not better compared with Google Adsense. Millions of blogs and websites have been relying on Google Adsense and only a few publishers are enjoying other alternatives. Its trustworthiness and honesty are really nice so that almost all ads publishers want to be active members of Adsense and earn money from Adsense.

  12. Thank you for this list! I just joined Qadabra and I hope I see the wanted results out of it although my site is kinda new so I’ll see what would happen, their ads guarantee you to have impressions because they slide as people slide the page ???? I used their placements and they’re rapidly working on my site.
